What we collect

Your answers to our questions, the messages you send us, your first name, your mobile number, your check-in time, payment status from our payment processor (we never see your full card number), and basic usage data: which ad brought you here, which steps of our questions you reached and when, your multiple-choice answers, your device type, and browser identifiers set by Meta's ad tools. We do not record what you write in this usage data.

How we use it

To write your replies, send check-ins, remember what worked for your family, keep the service safe, and improve it. Your answers and messages are processed by our AI provider to draft replies. A person on our team reads every conversation to send texts, check in, and keep the service safe. We never share your answers with advertising platforms. When you pay, we tell Meta that a purchase happened, with browser identifiers (cookie IDs, IP address, browser type) so we can measure our ads. We never send Meta your answers, what you write, or your phone number.

What we never do

We never contact your teen. We don't sell your information. We don't use what you write to target ads. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who processes data for us

Payments: Stripe. Messaging: Apple iMessage or your carrier's SMS, and Sendblue or Twilio if we automate sending. AI: Anthropic. Hosting and our usage log: Vercel. Ad measurement: Meta. Each processes data only to provide its part of the service.

Your choices

Reply STOP to stop messages. Text DELETE or email help@opendoortext.com to delete your conversation history. We keep payment records as the law requires.
